Exchange Policy

We at Drapes De Dzire (“we” “our” “us” or “DDD”) offer an exchange facility for eligible products subject to the terms of this Exchange Policy (“Policy”).

The Policy applies only to online purchases of our products through our website https://drapesdedzire.com within India (“Website”), as we do not undertake international shipments. Further, the Policy does not apply to the purchase of products at our physical stores.

To initiate an exchange of the product purchased by you on our website, here’s how the process works:

To qualify for a return and exchange, the product must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the shipments to initiate the return process by emailing sellersupport@drapesdedzire.com or on WhatsApp.

Exchange options:

Subject to the availability of stocks, the exchange of a product can be

(i)       for the same product and same size, but a new/fresh piece in case of damaged shipments or

(ii)            for the same product but of a different size.

(iii)          If both these options are not available, we can provide you with store credits for the same amount in line with our Refund Policy, as the returned product, which you can redeem within the specified period to be determined by us.

Exchange Approval:

Once your exchange request is within one of the above categories and approved, our courier will pick up the item.

Return Verification:

After receiving the returned item, our team will verify its condition and contact you via WhatsApp.

Payment for Exchange:

For exchange of any defective product/s dispatched by us or any product received in damaged condition by you, the courier charges for picking up the returned item and dispatching the new item in exchange, subject to availability, shall be borne by us. We will dispatch your new item after verification of its damaged or defective condition. For exchange of a new product for any reason other than the above, all courier charges for returning the old item and dispatching the new exchanged item shall be borne by you.

Processing Time: The entire process will be completed within 14 working days.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return and refund (without opting for any exchange), the product must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery in unused, undamaged conditions, with all original tags and packaging. Important:

  • Products purchased during salesdiscounts, or with coupon codes, as well as items from clearance sales, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Product Return Process for availing a refund

  1. Initiate Return: Once we approve your return request, we’ll arrange a return pickup within 2-3 business days. The courier charges for picking up the returned item shall be borne by you
  2. Product Inspection: Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition to verify eligibility for a refund.
  3. Refund Issuance: After verification, we will confirm your refund amount via email or WhatsApp, and the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Conditions for Returning Your Product

  • 360-Degree Video: While opening the package, please send us a video showing the condition of the product.
  • Pickup: If you choose the reverse pickup option, please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all original tags are still attached.
  • Self-Ship: If we are unable to offer pickup in your area, you may ship the item back at your own cost. Please include your order number and return ID in the package.

Refund Policy

If we are unable to exchange the returned products with a new/fresh piece due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason, we may, at our discretion, offer you the following refund options:

  1. E-Wallet Credit:
    • Receive 100% store credit applicable in case of damaged shipments for the full amount of your purchase.
    • The store credit can be used anytime on drapesdedzire.com, and we’ll send you a link to access your wallet via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Bank Transfer:
    • Receive the refund amount as per the refund policy, after deduction of applicable bank / Payment Gateway processing fees, if any.
    • Return consignment pick up charges, if any, incurred by us will be deducted from your eligible refund amount.

 

Refunds are processed through:

    • Google PayPaytmPhonePe, or bank transfer (No cash refunds).

Order Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted before order dispatch. Once an order has been successfully dispatched, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be issued in such cases unless the product is received by you in damaged condition. In such cases, please follow the process outlined in our Exchange and Returns Policy for the return of the damaged item.
